• We may refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues — and will refund any amount charged.
• Sales tax (US) or VAT (EU/UK) is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

United States: 30-day return window from delivery, in original condition. See Product Warranty.

EU/UK consumer right of withdrawal: You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 9–16) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Custom configurations “made to your specifications” (per Art. 16(c) of the Directive) are exempt from the right of withdrawal — clearly flagged at checkout. Standard collection items remain returnable.

5-year limited warranty on every Togo piece, tiered by component (frame 5 years · cushions & springs 3 years · upholstery defects 3 years — all from delivery date). See Product Warranty for full scope and exclusions. EU/UK buyers also benefit from statutory legal guarantees of conformity, which apply independently of our voluntary warranty.

All content on the Site — logos, copy, photos, designs — belongs to Pumela or our licensors. You may not use it without permission, except for permitted personal, non-commercial use.

The Site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pumela is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions (including many EU member states) don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

US customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (USA), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California.

EU/UK/EEA customers: Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply. You may bring claims in the courts of your home country. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms — material changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
