As soon as your order is dispatched from our overseas factory — usually 7–14 days after order. Tracking comes via email from FedEx International with end-to-end visibility.

Stage 1
We received your order and your card has been authorized. You’ll get a confirmation email within minutes.
Stage 2
Your Togo is being built at our overseas factory. Lead time is 7–14 days for production, QC, and packing.
Stage 3
Your order has left the facility and your FedEx International tracking number is on the way to your inbox.
Stage 4
Your order is on the move. Delivery is typically 3–5 weeks (US) or 6–8 weeks (EU & UK) once dispatched.
Stage 5
Your Togo has arrived. If anything looks off, contact us within 7 days so we can send a replacement.

International shipments can sit for a day or two in customs without scans. Anything beyond a week without movement is worth flagging — email us and we'll check with the carrier.
Before dispatch: yes, email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is in transit, we can't reroute international freight — the package goes to the original destination.
Check with neighbors, building management, and any safe drop spot first. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we'll open a claim with FedEx within our shipping protection.
