Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated May 13, 2026

TL;DR

  • ·We don’t sell your data for money. We may “share” it with ad partners for cross-context behavioral advertising — and you can opt out.
  • ·Three ways to opt out: cookie banner toggle, browser Global Privacy Control (we honor it automatically), or email privacy@pumela.com.
  • ·No discrimination — opting out doesn’t change prices, products, or service.
  • ·In the EU/UK? You have stronger consent-based controls under GDPR. See the Privacy page.

What this means

We don't sell your personal information for money. We may “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising — for example, allowing analytics or ad partners to use cookies that recognize you across sites. Under CCPA and similar US state laws, this counts as a “sale or sharing,” and you have the right to opt out.

How to opt out

  1. Click the “Cookie Preferences” link in our footer and toggle off “Advertising cookies.”
  2. Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor GPC as an opt-out signal automatically.
  3. Or email privacy@pumela.com from the email associated with your account.

Authorized agent

You can designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for written permission and proof of identity to verify the request.

EU, UK & EEA users

GDPR uses a consent model rather than an opt-out model: we don't use advertising cookies or share data with ad partners without your explicit consent in the first place. You can withdraw consent any time via the cookie banner or by emailing privacy@pumela.com. See the Privacy Policy for full GDPR rights.

No discrimination

We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you opted out. Pricing and benefits remain the same whether or not you opt out.
