  • How much do we each get?

    Your friend gets $100 off any order over $500 (one-time, single use). You get $100 store credit on your Pumela account once their order ships and clears the 30-day return window.

  • Is there a limit on referrals?

    You can refer as many friends as you’d like. Store credit caps at $1,000 per calendar year — beyond that, additional referrals still help your friends save, and we’ll throw in something extra for top referrers each season.

  • When does my credit hit?

    About 31 days after your friend’s order ships. We wait out the 30-day return window before the credit is locked in — otherwise we’d be paying out on returned orders.

  • Can I use my referral link on my own order?

    No. The link is for new customers only — the email address on the order needs to be one we haven’t seen before. Self-referrals get caught by our fraud check.

  • Does my credit expire?

    Credit stays on your account for 12 months from the day it’s issued. We’ll email a reminder before it lapses.

  • Can I combine credit with a discount code?

    Yes — referral credit stacks with most promo codes, including seasonal sales. The only exception is the Welcome Offer (first-time buyer discount), since your friend is already using that.
