Promo Terms

• One promo code per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Codes can't be combined with other discounts unless we say so.
• Promos apply to product subtotal — not shipping, taxes/VAT, or gift cards.
• No cash equivalent. Codes have no monetary value outside Pumela.com.
• We reserve the right to cancel promotions or refuse codes that are misused (e.g. shared publicly when meant to be personal).

Available to new customers who subscribe to our email list. $50 / €45 / £40 off your first order. Code valid for 30 days from signup, on a single order. Excludes already-discounted items and gift cards. Can't be stacked with other codes.

When a friend orders using your referral link, both of you get a $100 / €100 / £85 credit applied to your next order. Credits expire 12 months after issuance. See full referral terms on the Refer a Friend page.

Sale prices reflect the discounted total at the time of checkout — no additional codes apply unless explicitly mentioned in marketing. Sale pricing isn't retroactive to past orders. EU price-history disclosure (Omnibus Directive Art. 6a) is shown on each product page where required.

Refunds for returned promo-discounted items reflect the price you paid (after discount), not the original list price. If a return drops your order below a promo threshold (e.g. a free-shipping minimum), we may deduct the lost benefit from the refund. EU/UK customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal receive the full amount paid back per consumer law — promo deductions only apply to voluntary returns outside the withdrawal window.

Personal codes shared publicly, used with fake accounts, or otherwise exploited may be revoked. Repeat abuse may result in account suspension and order cancellation.
